| In 2009 we started offering Gluten free breads and goodies at the farmers markets. We built a commercial kitchen in our home and started testing recipes. I have celiac sprue and can't eat foods containing gluten, so it was a natural for me. It's nice to be able to offer ready to eat goodies at the markets. Here is a list of gluten free breads and goodies currently available. |
| My breads are available at Huckleberry's on Monroe and at the new Main Market on Main and Browne Streets in Spokane. Isabella's on Main Street uses my hoagies for their gluten free sandwiches too. I also sell my breads and goodies at these farmers markets during the summer: So. Perry, Thursdays 3-7pm LIberty Lake, Saturdays 9-1pm In 2011 we will also be in the new Spokane Public Market. Look for us there on Thursdays and Saturdays. |
